Return Policy

 

All refunds for returned merchandise are issued back to the credit card used at the time of purchase.

Return Criteria

 

  • All purchases are final with the following exceptions: damaged item, wrong item shipped by the company.

  • All returns must be received within 15 days of the original shipment date.

  • Please Note – Returns that are received after the 15th day from the shipment date Will Not be accepted.

  • All items must be returned to us in their original and smoke-free condition.

  • All items must be returned with the original shipping box. Please pack the original box inside another box as the original shipping box must be returned undamaged and postage-free.

 

Return Details

 

  • Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package. Refunds are issued back to the credit card that was used to purchase the item. We do not process exchanges.

  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund based on returned conditions. Items that do not match the criteria above will be denied. Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return, as Sir Arthur’s House of Floral Designs is not responsible for lost return packages.

How to Make a Return

 

  • Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for return. Your return must contain the original invoice that you received with your order.

  • Please Note – If you send us items that are ineligible for the return we will not accept them; therefore, you will need to pay return shipping fees if you would like them back.

  • Please include the invoice you received with your package and a note with the items you are returning and include it in your package along with the item(s). A return address will be provided upon your request.
